1.1. Video Proof: To initiate a return or refund, recording a video while opening the parcel is mandatory. This serves as proof of the product’s condition upon receipt.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1. Time Limit: You must notify us of any dissatisfaction with product quality or colors via WhatsApp message and email within 4 days of receiving the product. Complaints received after this period will not be considered valid.

2.2. Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact for a return or exchange to be processed.

• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
• The product was not purchased during a clearance sale or marked as “non-returnable.”

3. Processes for return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Our customer service team is waiting for confirmation and further instructions.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or any safe package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1. Exchange Criteria: We offer exchanges only for issues related to size, length, or quality problems reported within 4 days of receiving the product.

4.2 Defective or damaged

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

5.3. Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 working days for the refund to be processed from the date we receive the returned product.

6. Return Shipping

6.1. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A nominal fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return courier charges.

• Please do not pay the delivery person before pickup or while taking the products. We are not responsible for any money paid to the delivery person.
